I have four policies arranged through A Plan Camberley, and have had for some years, so contact is frequent.
The response to questions via the telephone has always been excellent with sound advise and information when required. I have never been kept waiting on the phone and there is no annoying menu selection. I always get to speak to someone almost immediately.
Premiums are competitive and their contactability is far better than you might expect.
