We used you for years and recommended you. However although we still have some business with you and prefer not to take business away but we and friends have had to do so because of increasing cost including fees and having to go back and forth on phone and email. Twice we in two years we received someone else documents.Also quite a few mistakes occurring which have been put right by senior staff but should not have happened. Hope these comments help as we have always been constructive
