Always good customer care over the years.
But not happy i had to pay a lot for cancellation after last renewal, when i had mentioned i needed the insurance for 2-3 months as i was getting a new car.
I should have been advised to go for temporary insurance at the renewal. So lost almost £200.00 in cancellation fee. So not happy.
