Very efficient.
I had to do the insurance by phone as I work overseas.
I know it's probably mandatory by law to have to ask a whole raft of repetitive questions, particularly as I said it was the same as last time, and surprise surprise, the answer to every question was 'same as last time'.
So, that is a bit tedious and time-consuming on a long distance phone call?
But I was dealt with effectively.
