I have always found Aplan to be the best. This year however, I was annoyed whilst trying to get car insurance. A great young man contacted me at home, and there is no complaint about the young man, as the staff at Andover are terrific, I was annoyed however, by the length of the phone call, and the list of questions that are given to you. I did want to take part in questions about if I own my home, do I have house insurance, and although it was explained to me that this could infact my car insurance cheaper, its not what I want. I would like a phone call about my Car insurance and nothing else. Make, Model, address, cover required and anything else that is not to do with my Car insurance quote, NOT asked about. I ended up going on line and getting LV car insurance in the end, and a very good deal I have got at that. I have since spoken to Aplan, and asked them to ring and quote for next year, as I would prefer for my insurance to be done at the local branch, and I have taken my house insurance with you. I ask in future that on calls you remain to the point about the product in question for people like me, I like the direct approach. Your staff are fabulous by the way!
