Angie who arranged my insurance, was very efficient, called me back with quotes very quickly, (which is very unusual in this day and age!). She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have subsequently arranged a further insurance with your Chichester branch for my mothers car because I was so pleased!, should have done it at my local branch not her's as afterwards realised I would have got a £25 M & S voucher for the recommendation!
