The people at A plan are very helpful and you really feel they are going the extra mile to find the best deal for you. In this day of Internet comparison sites, it's refreshing to deal with humans.
On the downside, their inability to do anything by email is very frustrating. It's not always possible to be available on the phone.
Oh, and I'm still waiting for my M&S voucher.
