I first used A-Plan some years ago through a comparison site that recommended them to me, as one of their offices was local to me.
They are extremely helpful on the phone and in person, sorting out any questions that I had regarding my car insurance.
Also I've had and used the European breakdown cover twice, that they recommend and I believe it can't be bettered for value.
When they say they will do something and call you back ....they do !
