Although your representative was polite and explained what I wanted to know before I purchased the policy, I was not very happy with when I had bought a 'modified vehicle' policy, the statement of fact stated 'no modifications'! When I inquired why, I feel that I was being fobbed off with a load of rubbish about and I quote ' that's all o.k., the form won't let me load modifications' and 'its o.k., we all know about it and conversations are recorded'. This is obviously NOT what I expect and a 'A STATEMENT OF FACT' should be just that - FACT. I was not impressed and will be seeking quotes from other companies next year.
