After my sons insurance doubled for no reason Andrew from the Leamington Spa branch found a policy that was less. He acted swiftly and came back to me the same day. We as a household have other policies with A plan, and will continue to use provided they are competitive. Two things I would like to say is that A plan took payment for my sons policy from my credit card on the day I called rather than when the policy was due to start. Not too much of an issue. You offer vouchers to people who bring along a friend that takes out a policy with you. This apparently does not apply if it someone from the same family/house? As mentioned we have many policies and also other members of my family through my recommendation, so it would be nice if you were more flexible? My new car arrives middle to end of May and I have had a price from A plan, and the likelihood is I will get it. Neil Morris
