Wilmslow branch were fantastic back in August.
The odd part is receiving a feedback request from yourselves about my "new policy" 7 months after taking it out. This confused me no end meaning I had to take time to call the branch to query it as I didn't have a 'new policy' so was unsure if it was fraud, spam or an error. So not the best from your head office perspective or wherever does the emailing. But again Wilmslow were great in assisting with my query, understanding my concerns & putting my mind at rest
