We had been with Aviva for many years but were surprised with their attitude when I challenged the increase in my premium. Within a few minutes he had identified our needs and found a much cheaper quote with the same cover and "add ons" that we had had with Aviva. Not only that he ensured that our existing policy was cancelled on its date of expiry. We left A-plan within 30 minutes with the new policy in my hand. Will certainly be calling again when the house insurance falls due later in the year.
