Both Katie Forrow and later Chris (?) proved to be extremely helpful throughout my claim. A credit to A Plan.
However, I think you have a problem with the references used between A Plan, Questgate and Liverpool Victoria, but these only caused me minor irritations in communication during what was a worrying period.
The important comment I will make they 'listened ' to any concerns I raised , be it the claim ;problem using my preferred choice of builder; small print in the insurance contract ( initially meaning I was liable for c£1500 bill for tile replacement ) ,happily .

The work is NOT yet completed a result of further water damage found when the twin sink unit in the bathroom were removed . I have a schedule and look forward to completion .
I believe a small issue remains with respect to any additional costs in electricity used by the builder in 'drying out' the rooms affected by the water damage in the bathroom. Questgate t, LV assessors, advise me if meter readings are provided by the tenant these additional costs will be met.
