I have a number of insurances with a-plan and I find that they are very competitive in the insurance market but also give a personal service, on an occasion when I had questions to ask regarding a policy, there was a slightly complicated issue, but it was dealt with directly between myself and the branch manager who was very helpful and gave me the reassurance I needed.
