The renewal premium on my expiring car policy was so huge that I was prompted to look elsewhere. Passing the office of A-plan in Woking one day, I thought I'd give them a try. Twenty minutes later I had bought an, at least, as good a policy, with a reputable household name, and saved about 250 quid. When my other car policy comes up for renewal (or maybe before) I'll be back. Awarded a "GOOD" rating instead of "VERY GOOD" as I have only been through the purchasing process - very friendly, knowledgable and helpful - so don't know (and hopefully never will) about claims processes etc.
