Thomas, who took my call, asked all the relevant questions and answered all mine making suggestions to get the best quote for me. While not the absolute rockbottom cheapest you could get from a online company the quote I got was competitive and, more importantly to me, personal. Being able to get advice, tweek things and speak to someone who is local to me was a big advantage, plus I can drop into the office if I need to. All in all very good service, advice and still a competitive quote.
