Probably would have rated "very good" but I attended APlan on the recommendation of my son who has a policy with you . It was promised that he would receive a £20 voucher but nearly a month later nothing was forthcoming .
I was obliged to call in again only to be told that the voucher had somehow not been processed . No doubt my son will now receive it but the matter did mean an unnecessary visit .
