I had a beautiful crystal bible that you engraved lovely but the presentation box was a disgrace. (Also it was not in the magnetic flip up lid as described) However it got past guality control I'll never know. i rang A I gifts and the girl I spoke to was very helpful as she had been whilst helping me place my order. She got me a replacement box sent out quite quick, but even though I said the box was not only a mess but the wrong one...I still ended up with a loose lid box. I was annoyed by this because I could have got the same item from a different company but I chose A1 gifts because the sounded better one. Safer when showing people etc. jenny Wilson
