I made a first order via the telephone as I was experiencing a frozen screen with my internet provider, The item I wanted to order was personalised and therefore I needed it word perfect, Whilst talking to the lady taking my request I asked for her opinion too to give me a fully informed choice, This was given freely and was most supportive and appreciated. Even my enquiry of alternative colour was facilitated. After making the order I was concerned and called again and the gentleman that took this follow up call was just as supportive and understanding.
