I had no problems with this website. They had a good choice of gifts in the area I was looking for and I found the ideal thing. It was fragile and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I haven't needed to contact customer services, so I can't comment on that area, but for straight forward sales and deliveries I had no problems.
