Despite their initial error in my invoice which made total price £5 more they contacted me promptly as requested with apology and confirmation of correct amount. They were very polite and professional. The items I ordered for my baby were significantly better value than the same items in high street jewellers , came fast and in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised by quality of personalisation as I was little worried it may not be go high standard but it looks beautiful. Overall I would gladly re- purchase and recommend this company as very reliable.
