Order taken by phone efficiently and confirmation e-mail received immediately. I liked the fact that I was given a tracking number to check with Royal Mail as to the progress of my delivery. On the day of despatch, I telephoned as I hadn't received the promised e-mail, only to discover that the member of staff who had taken my order, was off sick. Fortunately, another staff member dealt with my query and assured me that my order would be despatched at 4 pm that day.
