I made a mistake with my order and that was quickly rectified by Hayley who then had to advise me that one of the items I had ordered would not be available until the end of the month. That item was deleted and the credit was put back into my account very quickly. The vase I ordered arrived in time and my sister was thoroughly delighted with it.
A great experience all round despite the hiccups. Thank you very much Hayley.
