Although the item I ordered today is temporarily out of stock, the service I received on the telephone was exemplary - polite, efficient and extremely helpful.
I was assured the order would be dispatched as soon as it is available and have am sure it will arrive by the date I specified.
I am very confident that the item will be as perfect as the service.
