Extremely quick delivery from time of ordering and the actual ordering of the items on line including the inscriptions required was very easy to do where as some others on line seemed to make things quite difficult. Have just received the items, very well and carefully packaged. These engraved photo frames are to hold a photo of my wonderful mother who passed away a week ago, one for myself, brother and sister.
