Your ordering system was absolutely fine but I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the parcel once it had arrived. Very poor quality. Hardly able to see the personalized name and poorly packaged. Not very appealing for an small child for whom the gift is intended for. Will research any future items I may order I. The future.
