Ordered an golden anniversary clock. Clock was fine, delivery was on time.
When I phoned my relatives to wish them happy golden anniversary they asked "did you send us a present?" yes I replied. "Was it a clock?" .."yes".." we wondered who it was from"
I replied there should be a card with a message on it. Their reply " there is a blank gold gold on the outside of the gold wrapping, but no message" It,s not the 25p extra they charge for the card and message, its the service they are selling and failed.
