I ordered an engraved vase for my Mums 80th. The service was great, packaging of the article good and well able to handle the stresses of couriers!
The quality of the item was again very good and well worth the price - Mum was delighted.
Shame I haven't got anymore "Mum 80th birthdays" as I wouldn't hesitate to get another one.
