Ordering and customer service excellent. Unfotunately one of my packages had broken items in it due to very poor packaging, once I had emailed A1 with my problem, replacements were sent the very next day! These arrived in tact but packaging could have still been better. I received a text and an email to say when my goods would be delivered and sure enough they were delivered in the time scale I had been told, so overall I would recommend A1 to my friends and family.
