I trusted the reviews on trustpilot and used this company for the first time to buy a Huawei band 9 smart watch. My experience was excellent - good communication, excellent shippint time, decent delivery time, perfect watch. The watch is obviously meant for the Chinese market as the instructions were in Chinese, but that was easily remedied by downloading the operating instructions from the Huawei site as advised by another reviewer. I am 7 days into wearing the watch and it is comfy and useful.
