Assessor behavior and claim process went out of control and reached extraordinary bad situation. Truck hit back of my car and truck company has accepted their mistake 100% and expenses. Workshop estimated 2000$ but AA paid 400$ . AA Assessor has no clue what has happened to the car and how the accident was happened. Manager dont have any idea about this case. Immediately cancelled AA insurance and moved to different insurance provider. Assessor was very very rude and he was treating customers like a beggars. Very very worst behavior. AA has put few words ' we are making fraud claim and AA going to move this case to AA fraud investigation team'. Not sure what has changed and why they have approved peanuts. And second time on revised approval AA has added 150$ more. What's happening in this world. We all knew what will happen to European cars if we touch for repair work. On top of this we never got any updates from AA on this. We called daily few times.
