Was easy and quick to use and I could book my car in straight away. They followed up quickly with a phone call and explained everything clearly. I needed my car back ASAP and they fast tracked it and was done within and week. All the staff were friendly, helpful and I felt I had a personalised caring efficient experience. I definitely will be staying insured with AA.
