They came last May to cover my vents. They went away to buy them to not return. Then the birds nested. So I didn’t bother calling as I knew nothing could be done until they had gone. Called back last week they close that job and re opened another one. One man just chatted on his phone while the other went up the ladder to look. They came today and only replace 4 vents. Waste of time. There have to come back for a fourth time. When the birds come back and peck at the rotten mesh to the other vents. The vents they did put up are not even straight I bet they wouldn't leave there own property looking like it.
