“The repair to the little roof to the outbuilding at the side of the property is excellent, thank you. The main roof still needs to be repaired however, so will complete full review once it’s done and there are no leaks. Thank you.”

“I’m very pleased with the work completed by the Abbey Roofing team at my home today. The team were polite, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what they were there to do before starting the work. They completed everything to a high standard and worked efficiently throughout. They also cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, which was greatly appreciated. They even took the initiative to ask about reconnecting the drain that had been disconnected from next door, showing good attention to detail and consideration.”

“Subject: REFUSAL OF COMPLETION: Job Left Incomplete & Unsafe — CAS-1202320-X1Z9N8 / AM/6872115-2 Feedback / Response: I am formally logging that job AM/6872115-2 is NOT complete and I refuse to sign off or provide a positive rating for this work. While Abbey Roofing attended today and installed a downpipe, they left the site without carrying out the critical structural repairs required for the roof post. The main vertical support post remains completely unanchored, unbolted, and resting unsecured on loose concrete, creating an ongoing structural safety risk. This failure occurred despite: * Two separate L&Q surveyor inspections explicitly documenting that the support post was not cemented or fixed with a post spike. * Extensive video logs and written evidence provided to L&Q prior to today. * Expressly notifying the contractors on site today that the job included securing the post, which was dismissed as "not their job." Attaching a downpipe while leaving a load-bearing roof canopy post structurally unanchored does not constitute a completed repair under Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. The gap between the house and the roof porch is still on sealed I require L&Q to update this job status to Incomplete immediately and confirm the date when a qualified team will return with the correct post spikes/ground anchors to properly secure the post. This feedback and premature attempt to close the job will be submitted directly to the Housing Ombudsman.”

“Unfortunately communication is not a strong point when it comes to repairs. The workers did a great job of replacing a downpipe, However it was not the one that needed replacing and my roof , damp and mould problem still exists THis has been ongoing since last September (11months) signed FURIOUS”
