Bought a pair of white jeans that had those stupid elastic lines after two washings. Brought back to store (no receipt) they agreed they were a mess but could not return . Suggested I call Customer Service....what a waste of half an hour. Talking, On hold, talking, on hold etc. Long story short she is unable to give me a whopping 30% off coupon because I am not a loyalty member. Walmart has higher quality jeans, never shopping at Abercrombie again. Cheap, poor quality.
