I understood the parts are used and that the company clarifies that. But when shot buy a used part it should be usable/functional. I purchased a brake caliper for a quad and it was seized. I barely was able to repair with parts from my old caliper. In wrote to the company about this and never received no message back. I do not recommend this company.
