These guys get Delivered as fast as Amazon do with step by step email letting me know where my order was.
I have taken the chair out of the box to see if there were any defects and found none, most likely down to the chair being pack so well
I havent used the chair yet, as soon as i unpacked to see if it had any defects my wife swiped it back reminding me its a Christmas present from her and i had to wait lol
All happy so far and looking at reviews i have no doubts it will be a well comfy chair
