The chair itself is fine, but the wheels on the stand fall out of the stand because the plastic that keeps them in place has broken that keeps them in place ( on two of the five wheels, so far) .
I contacted customer services and they said that this issue was not covered by warranty because I had used the chair in a carpeted office.
This is a very poor response - I am not using an old office chair with wheels that I have had for years without problem.
