I was looking for a decent chair since spending a lot of my time at my desk now working from home permanently and my goodness this is the one. It took a little while to get out of the bad sitting habits but my back ache is now gone and I am able to sit in support and comfort for the working day. The deliverly was next day supposedly however I had doubts due to the size of the product but it was delivered the very next day much to my surprise! Construction was straight forward and did not take long. The build quality of this chair is A grade. Having seen and sat in friend's gaming chairs from other compaines my expections were low of such chairs so I believed it was worth sending more to get something that will last. This being said there is another manufacture who promises an extended warranty upon posting to social media - stay clear of these guys as their quality can be subpar and their support is non existant. I umm'ed and ahh'ed about getting this chair for months and I really wish I hadn't. If you are in the same position as I was, take the leap it literally is my best purchase this year and I know it will serve me in years to come. Also the bonus Atom mouse mat is such a nice touch as well as the follow ups from John. Great customer experience alround!
