I've contacted Abroco about my recent purchase, asking for an update on when it might be delivered, and I've heard nothing back for many days.
They did however send me an email asking me to rate my experience with them. For this order it has been a poor one - no delivery, no update or explanation, and most importantly, no reply to my query. Not happy.
