Awesome chair, next day delivery was great too! The instructions told my to put the arms on which were already attached. This was both a blessing and a cures as I didn't have to attach them but it also made taking the protective plastic off a lot harder. Super happy with the chair its self and I fell asleep in it last night it was so comfy.
