Customer services were good before purchase however during a difficult situation regarding the postal service point, this could have been greatly improved. Granted I was angry and didn't handle it the best myself, the customer service advisor (Louisa) made little attempt to rectify the complication. That being said the manager John I spoke with via email was brilliant in helping.
