Chair is amazing, so comfortable, so versatile. I work long hours sitting in this chair, sometimes 14-16 a day, and it is the best chair I have sat in for this kind of desk work. I know it's for gamers, so I have played a game or two just to make sure I am using it right. Customer service was remarkable, the chair came with a broken wheel, one phone call and 48 hours later I had two replacement wheels! Very very impressed! In addition, we had a problem with one component, they replaced it so quickly and so efficiently. Excellent company, best value chair I know, could not recommend more highly.
