I ordered a bag of grass seed on line, but I didn't change the pick-up location to Midland. When I stopped in to pick up my order, Brooke realized my mistake, and asked me to pull up my ACE app on my phone, to vancel and re-order the seed. I wasn't sure how to proceed, so Brooke took my phone and canceled the order. She then sold me the same bag of grass seed, and honored my $10 coupon. Thank you Brooke, it's employees like you who keep me coming back to ACE whenever I have a home project.
