Horrible customer service, i placed order on 11/07/24. My order was never shipped, i had to call customer service to 4 times for my refund, and all they can tell me $245.05 is over their limit and they have to get approval. not to mention the 4 times i called each call was 30 minutes or longer. today 12/03 they sent me email they are refunding me the money, but not the 48.95 shipping fee, knowing the items never left their warehouse.
so, I'm still waiting to see when i get my money back.
never again i will shop form ace.
