Shocking. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but no choice on the matter. Ordered a laptop on the 3rd May. They sent 2 different laptop, 4 usb sites and 2 laptop cases. I could have kept it all. I didn't. Contact Acer. Took a week for them to expect me to send it back. Slow responses etc. When I said that I'll keep the products given the fact they were expecting me to rectify their mistake, they were very quick to say, we can get a courier to your door with in the space of a day. The courier was arranged without my knowledge and disturbed my sleep as I am a night worker. The original product has still not been sent to me. Utter disgrace of a company.
