They do not pick up the phone. They do not Read Emails, let alone reply to them. Bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs.
A Choice? I wish I had made a choice when I was looking for Insurance and not gone with these crooks. They requested NCB, and Driving license details, which I forwarded within a few days. They then called to advise they had received these but needed my Card license as well, with smart phones these days its so easy to take a photo and send it over.. And I did THE SAME DAY. Bare in mind this was back in may, a few days back... I receive a letter advising my policy would be cancelled due to non Receipt of documents, I attempt to call them. After 10 minutes on hold, I get an automated message advising my call could not be connected, and to call at my earliest convenience?! I kid you not this has happened all 3 times I have attempted to call them after this cancellation letter.
I'm taking this up with the FOS - I advise anyone with the same issues to follow suit.
