Scam company, take your money then cancel your policy, then say if you don't want your policy cancelled pay double. Absolute scam company avoid at all costs.

Claim on a refrigerator.. Unable to talk with anyone except a call center mine was located in Philippines at times difficult . Assigned a service repair man he was the owner and only employee of his business .Only communicated thru a text , phone line to leave a message always full . Came diagnosied the issue with a screwdriver took off lower plate on back of fridge . Nothing else Took the copay $85.00 and never saw or could contact him again . I let Choice know and each time said that they would address this with him yet no resolve. After three calls to call center that person tried calling that service person unable to reach him .. So they said Choice would have another repair service come out but another copay of $85.00 would have to be paid . I said no that their repair service choice was the issue so after several calls Choice reassigned another repair service and waved the copay. This is a kitchen refrigerator and now we are weeks into this.So the second repair service was excellent he totally checked it out and determined it needed a new part . Due to the age of the refrigerator the part was no longer made . So I said a reimbursement was due .Choice decided a refurbished used part was their answer.. I said no what was refurbished in that part and how old was it etc . I again said a reimbursement was due .Choice has yet to get back to me as their call center has promised . Still no resolve. Don't be fooled by their advertisement . Next step Pennsylvania Insurance Commission..

Robotic agents who talk from a script. Absolutely useless. No care for there customers. It has to be illegal what they so ans canel policies. May be cheaper but by god u will for it later on

This policy ran for less than 17 days, (11days). Following a quote by A choice I took an insurance policy, after 10 days I received a cancellation email, this is after paying £130 for the first months installment for my Ford Fiesta 2014 model. I then received another email of an outstanding payment of £109 for cancellation fee. Called to query why I was being charged a cancellation when they in effect decided to cancel the policy less than 11days on the policy after paying for the entire month. I was made aware that the cancellation followed after I renewed my MOT that the mileage on my car was unacceptable. This was really confusing for me as they have only insured me for barely 10days and in the quote i inserted 5,000 miles for business use personal and 10,000 for social and commuting to work. What was so outrageous that would warrant a cancellation? and then you charge me an outrageous cancellation fee. My advice to any one looking for an insurance for their car. Avoid A insurance. My policy number is ADJX17PC01

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Aura ( A choice) Attempted to purchase a policy 3x with no confirmation on the screen just went blank. Was Sunday so no phone lines open. Later realised we had email in spam confirming policy. By this time we had taken out another policy. Now being charged £50 for cancelling a policy we believed had not been processed and wasn't even due to start for another 5 days!! AVOID being tricked in this way and choose a reputable company.

This guys are corrupt. They have spent 4 months coming up with unusual ways of cancelling me out of insurance. They claimed my prefix was a problem, spelling errors on my no claims document that I wasn't even using. They are CORRUPT, they are THIEFS they are HORRIBLE - DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE

ADMIN is a nightmare. Still awaiting policy certificate of renewal from Feb 24 it is now June 1st 2024. Car still not showing as insured on MID and police letter issued advising proof of insurance needed going forward. Still no policy certificate issued by email or otherwise. Taken average of 28m to get through by phone on each occasion, emailed A choice and no response and no resolution. FOUR MONTHS AND NO EFFECTIVE PROOF OF INSURANCE - NIGHTMARE. Is it legal to take money for a service that requires documentation and then not provide documentation. Also not available on their website???????

Cancelled within the 14 days of renewal due to not being able to get a driving test and yet they still charged me £78 for some reason , just avoid this company you’ve been warned

Avoid at all costs. They advertise cheap rates to hook you in and then cancel policies early into the term and take lots of unnecessary admin fees. This company should be investigated for corrupt work practices.

1 star rating is a stretch. BEWARE of this company, £50 charged to cancel my insurance, they advised me to, because the couldn't (or wouldn't) insure me on another vehicle with same size engine. Given £248 after £50 admin fee for 10 min phone conversation. Should have been refunded £350 after their robbery of admin fee

A choice car insurance Worst insurance company ever. Look at every way of getting money out of you. They should have refunded me for cancelling my insurance months earlier but found ways for them not to pay the money to me by whacking on charges and extra charges. Stay well away.

I took my insurance out completely unaware that this company was going to transfer me to a finance company if I paid by DD, within hours I recieved an email from a finance company asking me to sign and agree to my finance agreement which I was not comfortable doing I contacted and whilst the staff on the phone were really nice I was told that taking out a finance agreement is the only way to pay by DD with them and that yes it would effect credit scores, I explained that I cannot have finance as I had just taken out a large finance on the vehicle and cannot have multiple impacts all together and had I known I would not have taken insurance out with them. I was then given 3 choices, take out the finance, Pay in full or cancel and lose my £75 deposit plus owe them MORE money for the few hours I had the insurance active. To be clear I did not want to cancel, I was actually so upset on the call speaking to a few people and crying because I couldn't believe I was being put in a position where I couldn't take on any of the options available yet to cancel I would lose money through no fault of my own, the lady on the phone said she would see if they could process a refund given the circumstances and that someone would be on contact with me - a few weeks later I hadn't heard anything. I then emailed and explained the situation again and explained that I had raised a formal complaint nd haven't heard anything can someone please read my situation and listen to the calls I have recieved an email today with no apology of the experience I had with them but just a generic email stating that their cancellation policy is for me to be charged and that I also owe them more money Honestly the hours I spent crying over the fact that this company are stealing money from me after giving me an ultimatum when ut was through no fault of my own that I was needing to cancel, and they can't even say sorry or acknowledge the position they put me in If I was cancelling just because I changed my mind I would understand, this was not the case, I stated over and over I did not want to cancel but because I couldn't afford to pay in full to get myself out of an unexpected finance agreement they have taken my money and essentially said 'oh well' I honestly cannot believe the disgusting position the put me in and then the total disregard for the complaint twice so I unfortunately will now be having to take this to the Ombudsman about this company, I understand they incur costs for taking out the policy etc but if someone calls frantic about not wanting to take out finance and has no idea this is how their company works, to just put them in financial detriment is horrific

Dosent even deserve one star! this company is a complete scam and tried to charge me for living at my own address because they changed my adress WITHOUT consent !!!!!! They then leave u on hold for hours and don’t contact you back so you have to pay them more money!

What a terrible company. I took insurance out with them today and found a mistake in the info. I informed them and they said that I would need to cancel the insurance. The insurance wasn't going to start until the 12th Jan. I would have cancelled the policy straight away but was on the cancellation line for over an hour. They have charged me £50 for doing nowt. Cancellation charges and insurance hasnt even started and the paperwork was wrong. They weren't helpful at all. I lost £50 with this insurance within 2 hours and they did nowt for it except keep me on the phone for ages. I wouldn't recommend

What a waste of a company ask for v5 and proof of my sons 2 years no claims bonus then kept making us run around asking for stupid stuff then cancels my sons insurance because is car was parked up and did not drive for 2 months like what is it to do with you that the car was not insured for 2 months like we did not say he have earned 2 years and 2 months no claims 🙄
