“I initially had a lot of trouble am I myself made a mistake but the customer service team was very helpful today and worked through everything. As such please disregard my earlier review which was made in the moment when I was angry.”

“I recently taken out a Policy with A Choice for my 2 litre Audi A3, My car was showing as uninsured on ASKMID and the gentleman I spoken too was very helpful. He explained it can take up to 14 working days for it to show up on the database. The gente I spoke to was very helpful and re-assuring and explained everything fully to myself.”

“Sorting insurance for my 17 year old daughter. Got a comparison done online and they came out cheapest. I then phoned to arrange cover. I did have to wait on the phone for a while and the phone call to sort out the policy took 45 minutes, but was thorough, professional, detailed and clear. The operative was polite, friendly and thorough. Would definitely (and have done already!) recommend to other first time drivers.”

“A big charge for a small change on a date with regards my license. Immediately after taking the policy and then about 3 months later (wondered how they didn't notice the first time round). An expensive charge just to update a spreadsheet.”
