“The customer service was wonderful but information hadn't been passed between close premium finance and a choice properly as close brothers still took money from me and once they were informed they could then see that a choice had cancelled my policy for me and then they refunded me. I understand mistaks happen but it can be stressful for some people.”

“Brilliant policy, allowing learner drivers to spend less in their first and second years of driving, by counting learning towards your no claims bonus. Very impressed with the service. Only downside is that the important parts of the policy documents are not always that clear.”

“My information was put onto the system Incorrectly and meant that i had to pay a fee to change this information which was frustrating but was resolved.”

“Having to send copy's of mothers no claims in not had that much hassle and knit picking before found the staff non too helpful not using them again probably have difficulty obtaining my no claims from them now”
